A Plea From Wolf
This morning I sat outside on the swing seat in the shade of one of the gardens completely immersed in the sounds, smells and feelings of all the life around me. What are you sharing with your animals?
Recently a client remarked to me “When I take better care of myself, my animals do better”. It was a very wise observation and it is true. Our animals will do better when we take care of ourselves. They are entrained with us and so they often take on our illness and behavior. As I shared last week, they often feel this is their purpose and choose to do this. Today’s session with the farrier was a reminder of the importance of being there for our animals (and our selves and our friends) in a place of acceptance and without judgment.
