Stopping Panic in its Tracks
This past summer I received a call from a woman in panic...literally. She was in the midst of a panic attack and called me for help. Susan was out west enjoying a great conference with like minded people. She was outside with her group when they all noticed a large herd of Elk crossing through a field making their way toward a road. What are you sharing with your animals?
Recently a client remarked to me “When I take better care of myself, my animals do better”. It was a very wise observation and it is true. Our animals will do better when we take care of ourselves. They are entrained with us and so they often take on our illness and behavior. As I shared last week, they often feel this is their purpose and choose to do this.
